Calidonia

Calidonia is a central corregimiento of Panama City between Avenida Balboa, Avenida Central and Bella Vista. It is a working, walkable district of apartment buildings, government offices, hospitals, hotels and street commerce, crossed by metro Line 1 and facing the Cinta Costera coastal park. Property is mostly apartments in mid-rise buildings and commercial premises, at some of the lowest prices per square meter in the central city. For investors, the draw is location: walking distance to the bay, the historic center and public transport, with steady demand from residents who work in the area.
