Private Garden

A private garden is landscaped outdoor space that belongs to the residence alone, typical of houses, villas and ground-floor units in Panama's gated communities and beach and mountain developments. In a tropical climate a garden is in use all year: a place for children and pets, outdoor dining, a pool or simply shade and greenery around the home. Private gardens are especially valued by families relocating to Panama and by long-term tenants, and they give a property a sense of land ownership that apartments cannot offer.
