DIECI is a two-tower residential development in Costa del Este, Panama City, designed by the Italian design house Pininfarina with architecture by Mallol Arquitectos, and developed by Marjalizo together with Urban Development Group. It is Pininfarina’s first branded residence in Panama and received an honourable mention at the Architectural MasterPrize 2024. A covered piazza links the two towers at street level.
