Corotú is a residential tower by Valor Development inside Santa Maria Golf & Country Club, the master-planned community in eastern Panama City. The developer describes a project of 199 apartments with two or three bedrooms, backed by an investment of more than US$58 million. Structural works began in July 2024 and completion is projected for 2028.
