Condado Point is a planned private residential community by Pacific Developers on the heights of Condado del Rey, which the developer describes as one of the growth areas for middle-income apartments in the north of Panama City. The developer presents it as a mixed-use development of more than 45 hectares and about 3,000 homes, with an integrated commercial area, designed by George Moreno and Partners, with about 165,000 m² of construction and delivery projected for 2029.
The apartments
The whole project sits on elevated ground, which the developer says gives each apartment views over the city, the sea and the banks of the Panama Canal. Condado Point is in pre-construction, and final typologies and prices have not been published. As an indicative reference only, based on the developer's neighboring King's Park towers, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment of about 76 m² with one parking space and a terrace would start from $211,190; confirm the actual models and prices before reserving.
