Casa 55 is a limited collection of eight residences by Habitats on Ocean Reef Islands, the private residential islands built off Punta Pacifica in Panama City. The project is curated with Boffi, the Italian kitchen and interiors house, and is currently in pre-sale. It is aimed at buyers looking for a low-density, high-end waterfront home in the capital.

The official renders show Boffi kitchens with islands and full-height cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling glazing toward the ocean and the city, open living areas and bedrooms with sea views. The upper residences include terraces and, at the top of the building, a penthouse with its own pool.

Building and amenities

The low-rise building has a covered drop-off and a double-height lobby with a reception. The developer's renders also show a gym with ocean views, a social lounge, and a rooftop social area with a swimming pool, loungers and an outdoor dining space. Ocean Reef Islands is a gated community with controlled access and a marina.

Location

Ocean Reef Islands sits just off Punta Pacifica, connected to the mainland by a bridge, a few minutes from Punta Paitilla, the banking district and the hospitals and shopping of eastern Panama City. Habitats describes the location as "the heart of the island", designed for privacy and uninterrupted ocean views.
