BeachWalk is a pre-sale beachfront project by Grupo Los Pueblos at Playa Caracol, the beach community in Chame on Panama's Pacific coast, about one hour from Panama City. Playa Caracol is a master-planned community with more than a kilometer of Pacific beach and views of Cerro Chame, about 75 kilometers west of Panama City along the Pan-American Highway. The town of Coronado, with supermarkets, restaurants and medical services, is a short drive away. Delivered projects in the same community include The Tides and Surfside.

Why it matters for investors

BeachWalk is an early-stage purchase in an established beach community where several phases by the same developer have already been delivered.
