Rental-Ready Setup, Panama

A new unit needs furniture, photos and a listing before anyone can rent it. We get it ready to rent for you, from the first furnishing quote to the first viewings, so you can let it from abroad without managing every supplier yourself.

Your team: a licensed real estate broker, one advisor as your single point of contact from start to finish, and, for the lease, a partner attorney we introduce you to.

What is included

• Furnishing and equipment quotes. Quotes from suppliers for the furniture, appliances and equipment the unit needs, laid side by side for you to choose.
• Coordination of deliveries and installation. We schedule the suppliers, receive the deliveries and check the installation on your behalf.
• Professional photos. A photographer shoots the finished unit for the listing.
• The listing. We write the listing for the unit and publish it.
• Viewings. We coordinate viewings with prospective tenants and pass their questions and offers on to you.
• An introduction for the lease. We introduce you to a partner attorney who drafts the lease.

Good to know

Furniture and equipment are bought from the suppliers at your cost. No tenant screening is included, and we do not promise a tenant, a rent or an occupancy. The partner attorney's fee is theirs and billed by them. Short stays depend on each building's rules.

The fee

One fixed fee for the service described on this page, paid when you book it.
