Choosing a property in Panama from abroad is easier when someone on your side walks through it for you. In one day, your advisor visits up to three properties you choose, from our catalogue or listed elsewhere, and shows each one to you live on video.

Your team: a licensed real estate broker who knows the buildings, partner attorneys for every legal step if you decide to buy, and one advisor as your single point of contact from start to finish.

What is included

• Your shortlist, arranged. You name the properties; we confirm access and plan the day's route.
• A live walkthrough. Each property room by room, with the finishes, the light and the condition up close, at your pace.
• The building and the street. The view from the windows, the lobby, the pool and other common areas, then the block outside: access, noise, shops and services nearby.
• Questions answered on the spot. Ask for a closer look or a measurement while the call runs.
• Written notes afterwards. A summary of each property: what we saw and what is still to confirm.

Good to know

A viewing shows what is there on the day; it is not a technical inspection or an appraisal. Access depends on each owner, developer or agent, and we agree the schedule with you beforehand.

The fee

Credited against our commission at closing on the first purchase you close through Life n’ ROI within 12 months of payment. In Panama the seller or the developer pays the brokerage commission, not the buyer.
