• Discovery call and purchase brief. Your budget, goals, timeline and the kind of property that fits them, written down and agreed.
• Market analysis and shortlist. Prices, rental demand and new supply in the areas that suit you, and a shortlist from our inventory and from off-market stock.
• Developer meetings and negotiation. We arrange the meetings, present your offer and negotiate the price and the payment terms.
• Legal review by our partner attorneys. A title search at the Registro Público, the review of the promise-to-purchase contract, and the escrow arrangements.
• Introductions to banking and immigration counsel. Introductions to banks for your account and financing, and to immigration lawyers for Panama's residency programmes.
• Coordination through closing, and after it. Every party kept on schedule until the deed is registered, then introductions to property management and rental services.

The fee

Credited against our commission at closing on the first purchase you close through Life n’ ROI within 12 months of payment. In Panama the seller or the developer pays the brokerage commission, not the buyer.
